One system, not twelve tools
The Deevoted Pipeline is a coordinated sequence of 12 AI-powered skills that produce professional deliverables — from strategic research through finished code. Each skill is a Claude-powered specialist with deep domain knowledge: the Strategist knows brand strategy and audience research, the Senior Developer knows HTML, SCSS, GSAP, and accessibility compliance. They don't work in isolation. Each skill's output feeds the next through structured handoffs that carry the full project context forward.
What makes this different from a collection of AI tools? Three things. First, orchestration — Project Coordinator manages the flow, assembles the right team for each project, and keeps everything moving. Second, structured handoffs — when one skill finishes, its deliverables travel to the next skill with context notes, upstream references, and clear expectations. Third, quality gates — every deliverable passes through review before the pipeline advances. Nothing ships without approval.

How it's orchestrated
Slack Interface
Everything flows through Slack. Slash commands start projects and check status. Block Kit notifications surface updates as they happen. Approval buttons let you advance the pipeline or send work back with feedback. No separate dashboard to learn.
Drive Delivery
Every project gets a consistent folder structure in Google Drive. Deliverables arrive in three formats — markdown, Google Doc, and PDF — so you can collaborate, review, or share however you prefer. Previous versions are preserved automatically.
Gates & Reviews
Nothing advances automatically. When a skill finishes a deliverable, you get a notification with real options: approve, send to the client for review, request revisions with notes, or discuss it live in Claude. This review cycle repeats at every stage, so quality is verified throughout — not just at the end.
